An absolutely outstanding stay from start to finish. We were able to check into our room early, which was such a welcome surprise. The room itself was stunning, with truly perfect oceanfront views that never got old. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from our room felt like a dream. The hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance of so many great restaurants and cafés, and you can reach the boardwalk within just a few minutes. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the à la carte menu was equally impressive, with delicious, well-prepared dishes made to order. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. The front desk team (Ibraham and Odalis) were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful at every interaction, and the waiters were attentive, warm, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. This hotel truly delivers five-star service across the board. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing, and well-located oceanfront stay.

Amazing personalized service & gorgeous property and views. The rooftop was a bit crowded when we went, but still had a great time in the jacuzzi and enjoying the view. We were celebrating a friend’s 30th bday and the staff were happy to help us with a surprise and store the cake in their fridge. I didn’t get their names but the front desk staff who were on duty 2/13 evening, thank you for the exceptional service!! Definitely recommend this hotel for when you’re celebrating a special day or a relaxing trip!

This hotel was the absolute best thing that could happen to my California trip. We came they valet took our car we walked into the hotel which is BEAUTIFUL btw. They offered us an upgrade to an ocean view which made us watch the sunset from our balcony which was amazing. What really impressed me was when we left our room we came back and room service organized everything down to my makeup i left scattered on the bathroom sink. Our shoes organized or swimsuits they put in a plastic bag like it was a completely different room i was soooo shocked and soooo impressed because who you know doing that? Omg 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back.

We checked in after a round of birthday golf in the area and was pleasantly greeted by Jorge. This was booked through Amex Platinum so an upgrade was included if available but after he noticed it was my birthday, Jorge went above and beyond. He upgraded us to a gorgeous ocean view and we really appreciated his professionalism. The room very clean, spacious and comfortable with warm California decor. Our room had a great ocean view and it was beautiful! My wife and I loved everything about it. The ocean is right across the street and the walk along the beach and the pier was very enjoyable. Our experience for breakfast at The Piper in their sister hotel started off with a hostess who acted like she did not want to be there and lacked communication skills but the server and food made up for her. For dinner, we checked out The Rooftop Bar and was impressed by the vibe and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beachfront location. Room was very nice and spacious. The staff was very attentive. They texted me a few days before arrival, and even helped schedule my breakfast reservations. The line for breakfast was long, we still had to wait even though we had reservations. The spa was nice and clean but very limited with their amenities, only had a sauna room, and no hot tub or wet room. I did the robot massage, it was a unique experience but wasn't worth $75 for 30 mins. Overall, we had a lovely stacation and would definitely come back again.

The only reason this is not a 5 star is because of a personal preference for a softer bed. Everything else was wonderful. The staff is obviously trained in customer experience and it makes for a wonderful stay. I have not had this type of experience in decades and not in the states. The manager Eric really gets it and is a sweet personable authentic individual as well. The design of the hotel is beautiful, simple and tasteful. The lobby is open air on warm days and cozy warm on the chillier days and amazingly comfortable to just hang in. The grounds include an outdoor fire place and beautiful lighting of the garden which adds an abundance of personal space. The rooms are cleverly designed to have two people enjoy the space but also have privacy from the huge windows and balconies as well as each other. It makes for a comfortable time in your room. All of the staff, from front desk/luggage help to valet, room cleaning and resaurants were always so attentive in a discreet professional manner, not overbearing. There is a Nespresso espresso machine in the room, I was thrilled not having to pull my self together to get a morning coffee, just rolled out to the balcony to watch the surfers with some caffeine, this was heaven. The location is amazing, particularly at sunset. The rooftop bar, pool and hot tub is stunning, classic not a party scene. Noise ordinance for the town at 10:00 pm helps with a very serene quiet vibe. Yep, satisfied, yep would recommend, yep will return.

Amazing room. Pool area is also awesome with great views of the ocean and coast. Highly recommend it. Much more adult oriented. (Hint hint if you have kids under 12 book the Seabird next door and don’t be that person with your kids splashing around annoying everyone else). Only downside is the breakfast. Make sure you get a reservation. Waited 30 mins in line. Under staffed and food was like warm. Still a fabulous time and the rooms are a dream and the rooftop pool is hard to beat.

I was very pleased with my experience eating at the hotel. The food and drink were excellent quality and the service by the bartenders was fantastic! What really stuck out to me the most was the service by the valets. I actually ended up returning twice to eat at the hotel because of how good their service was and how easy it was to get in and out of the hotel. The whole team was great but special thanks to Jt, Blake, Victor, and Nick!
